1. Use a Cream-Based Cleanser

Foaming or gel cleansers can strip away your natural oils, making dry skin worse. Instead, go for cream or milk-based cleansers that gently remove dirt without drying you out. Look for hydrating ingredients like glycerin or ceramides.


2. Hydrate Immediately After Washing

Timing is everything. Right after cleansing — while your skin is still slightly damp — apply your moisturizer. This helps lock in moisture and prevent water loss. Waiting even a few minutes can lead to dryness all over again.


3. Choose the Right Moisturizer (Think Thick!)
